Without the right tool, targeted notifications and correctly escalated alerts from different systems and devices are a major challenge. The flow of information becomes slow, and valuable time is lost.

Solution approach

Eliona can be used to manage messages and alerts on a targeted basis. Coordinated with calendar entries or work schedules, the right people are notified with notifications via push update, SMS message, email, Slack or Google Chat on their smartphone or web browser. Rules for alerts or notifications can also be generated in Eliona for each user of an infrastructure. For example: “Parking space available in your vicinity” or “Canteen very busy – waiting time of more than 15 minutes.”
