Smart Views and Smart Assist are curated views for clearly defined roles and tasks. The aim is to enable all users of a building to interact with the infrastructure.

Less complexity: Instead of showing everyone ‘the whole system’, you provide interfaces tailored to specific target groups. This reduces training costs, minimises operating errors and speeds up familiarisation.

The FM provider can be controlled with relevant cleaning information, and visitors to the canteen can be informed about waiting times or menus.

Smart Assist bundles several of these views into a personalised interface for each user: with login, appropriate order, defined rights – on desktop, tablet or information screen. This means that people only see what they need and can also trigger simple actions (where authorised).

Typical applications:

  • Control centre: Live alerts with status, acknowledgement and link to ticket; map/floor plan for quick localisation.
